2. CNC Cutting and Punching
Accurate cutting and hole patterns for repeatable fitment in panels, switchgear, UPS systems, and OEM assemblies.
3.Deburring and Buffing
Clean edges and consistent surface prep to support safe handling, reliable contacts, and downstream finishing.
4.CNC Multi-Axis Bending
Controlled bending to maintain geometry, alignment, and dimensional repeatability across batches.
5. Tin or Nickel Plating
Applied based on requirement for corrosion resistance and stable electrical contact performance.
